💡 PitchVibe does not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. All processing is performed strictly locally on your device to ensure maximum privacy.

1. Information Collection and Use

PitchVibe is a local-only utility application that does not require user registration, account creation, or personal profiling. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. However, the app requests the following device permissions solely to enable core features:

Watch Connectivity: Used to sync the timer states (Start, Stop, and Duration) locally between your iPhone and Apple Watch. No data is sent to any external server.
Extended Runtime Session (WKExtendedRuntimeSession): Used on Apple Watch to keep the timer running accurately in the background without interruption. This does not access any health, fitness, or personal data, and requires no health-related permissions.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on external servers, no retention or deletion timelines apply. On-device timer states are kept temporarily in memory or the secure app sandbox and are immediately discarded upon app closure or device reset.

3. Third-Party Sharing and Disclosures

We do not share, sell, lease, or distribute any user data to third parties under any circumstances.

4. Data Security

All local processing is secured by Apple's built-in application sandboxing architecture on iOS and watchOS, protecting your local states from unauthorized access.
