Privacy Policy

Julsai does not collect, transmit, sell, or use your personal information or document content for tracking.

Local data

• Markdown, text, images, and exported files remain in locations you choose on your Mac.
• When you insert an image, Julsai may create a copy in an assets folder beside the current document.
• Appearance, color style, and editing preferences are stored in the app's local settings.
• The App Store version may store a security-scoped bookmark for a folder you explicitly connect so related documents and images remain available after relaunch.

Data collection and tracking

Julsai contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party crash-reporting SDK. It has no operator-controlled account or document server. Data processed only on your device is not transmitted to Julsai's developer.

Network access

The App Sandbox build includes outgoing network permission for the WebKit process pool used by the bundled local editor. Julsai does not use this permission to upload documents, preferences, identifiers, or diagnostics. Selecting a web link opens your default browser, where the destination website and browser policies apply.

Retention and deletion

Because Julsai does not collect server-side data, there is no operator-held account or cloud data to retain or delete. You control your documents in Finder. App preferences and stored folder permissions can be removed by deleting Julsai's local application data.

Changes

If a future version introduces cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, automatic updates outside the App Store, or another external service, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release.
